Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original purchase was made. The refund will be the purchase price minus the shipping fee.

Returns or exchanges received by Ballerinapainting.com after the 30 day period will not be accepted. All returns must be received in the same condition as shipped to you, accompanied by a copy of our invoice. You are responsible for all freight charges for returned items. All returns will take about one week to process and for credit to be issued.
